DoomFoxx is an uprising sleaze rock'n'roll band with a lot of punk rock influences. Their debut album "DoomFoxx" promises straight sleaze Rock 'N' Roll with strong riffs, guitar solo’s perfectly matching the bands style and a deep, "dirty" voice, a necessity for their orientation.
"Pure Platinum" is the opening track, giving the audience a glimse of the bands style, first taste of what is to come. Followed by "Piece of me", good song with a strong Cult band feeling. Along with those two, one will notice "Look Ma No Hands", "Sweetheart of the Troops" and "Girls like you". Stuart McKie’s voice may sound in several occasions like Cult’s Ian Astbury and Ac/Dc’s Brian Johnson, but clearly quality, perfect though for the bands image and target group.
The album numbers 12 tracks, full of good-old sleeze R&R guitars, dirty vocals, pure hard street rock. Friends of the kind, prepare to be thrilled!...
